Family/Whanau Support Group – Coping with your loved one's addiction…Watching a much loved whanau/family member or other significant person suffering from a drug or alcohol addiction can be soul destroying. It is hard to cope, hope can fade and feelings of powerlessness can be overwhelming and isolating. We are proposing to start a support group to share knowledge, provide support, and stop the isolation. You are not alone, come and share your story. Knowledge and understanding is powerful and can lead to forming new strategies, feeling more in control, while developing connections with like-minded people who really get it.
